in the medieval ages they didn't have strong Health products like nowadays. for example when we get an eye infection now, the doctor just gives us eye drops but before they get really dry poop and just blow it into the patients eyes so it can start tearing and becomes pure. doctors before didn't have much knowledge at all but the Arabian doctors have more knowledge than the European doctors.for example i know a story that there was a person that his leg hurt and the Arabian doctor put something on his leg and it cured it but instead the European doctor disagreed with the Arabian doctor and said 'your leg has to be cut off' the patient got scared but the doctor cut it moreover he died which is the most proof that the Arabian doctors have more knowledge then later on the Arabian doctors started teaching the European doctors in addition, the Europeans became better doctors after learning.
